Kids to corporate events...
About:
Our flexible floor plan consists of two rooms making planning easy to accommodate as many as 100 guests. The first room is a big open floor ideal for dancing the night away with disco ball ready to roll. Our second room is ideal for more intimate gatherings separated from the dance hall.
We are fully HVAC and ADA compliant on the first floor but our archery range does require stairs to access.
This is a stunning and surprising offering with a team of creative people and coaches that want your event to be memorable.
Our main floor has one of a kind aluminum "catwalk" flooring you have to see to believe, plus a 360-degree chalkboard wall, disco ball, LED lighting, tables for buffet and more.
Pricing:
Room rental upper level is $600 for the first 50 guests and $10 a head additional guests. 4 hours party time + 3 hours set-up/break down as needed. Rental companies may drop off the day before on our loading dock in the back.
Additional, optional, rentals and services:
Rent our dance floor 16x16 delivered, set up and broken down. Checkerboard black and white dance floor "anchoring" the room under the disco ball. $200
Full-service catering is available by Chef Bick or please feel free to make your own arrangments. Price varies depending on menu.
Sabrage service activity $50 - We will teach and supervise how to open a bottle of champagne or sparkling cider with a sabrage sword (not sharp). Fear not it is safe, sane and sensational. Bring your own bottles of choice and let's toast in style.
Indoor archery shooting $300 an hour with a professional instructor (we have an indoor archery range in our lower level that can be opened up for your guests to enjoy). Corporate to kids will be surprised and delighted.
Fencing [dueling] Olympic sanctioned equipment for kids to corporate. $300 an hour. We'll teach you the basics then give you a chance to test your metal against each other. All 100% safe, supervised for ages 7 to 70.
Tug of War for large groups, no problem. $50 for approx. 30 min. includes a coach to run the heats. A fun activity and team building.
Dodgeball for large groups, no problem. $50 approx 30 minutes includes up to 30 "no sting" Gator brand balls..the best in the market and a coach to run the heats which vary depending on the audience. Fun, engaging and spirited.
Table tennis rental no coach $150 night (professional TIGA table, paddles, and balls included)
Cornhole set rental no coach (yes we have room for this activity) $50 night
Tables, chairs, settings, decor etc. provided by the third-party rental company. We recommend All Season Rental from Wilton but you can choose your own.
